5 Things About Me

Welcome Everyone!

It’s been a long time since I participated in the #AuthorsBlogChallenge so I decided to hop back on board.

To get started back, today I’m going to be sharing 5 things about myself.

1. I’m a night owl

At night, while everyone’s sound asleep in their cozy beds. I’m wide awake.

I’ve always been more of a night owl, then morning person. I think the reason is because at night, it’s peaceful and I can relax. I like to watch TV, read, listen to music, or play games on my phone.

During the weekdays, I go to bed early since I’ve got work. But on the weekends, I’ll stay up later.

2. I’m addicted to smartphone games

A majority of the apps on my phone are games. I have everything from Pet Rescue, Cooking Dash, and all 3 versions of Candy Crush.

Every day, I play one of those games. If I get stuck on a level, I don’t stop playing until I complete it.

3. I’m a tomboy/girly girl

I’m the type of girl, who loves to watch sports and have an occasional beer. But I also can be girly with my love of the color pink and collection of jewelry.

4. I love crime shows

I tend to watch a lot of crime shows in our house. Of course, I watch the popular Criminal Minds and Law & Order. But I also love to watch Snapped, Deadly Women, Fatal Vows, and Forensic Files.

Watching these shows makes me wonder what goes on inside the minds of these criminals. It’s also intriguing to see how investigators are able to solve these crimes.

The more I watch these shows, the more eager I am to write a crime novel.

5. I tend to cuss

I may look nice, but trust me I can let out a few swear words.

The only times I tend to cuss is when I’ve had a stressful day and need to vent. Or if I’m watching sports and my team is losing, then you’ll hear a few unflattering words slip from my mouth.
